Turn ON the device.
Click on the Start orb placed on the bottom left corner of the home screen. You can also launch the Start menu, using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Esc. Press any key when prompted to make your computer boot from the CD inserted in your computer’s optical drive.
Launch the Start menu by clicking the Start orb placed on the bottom left corner of the system. Click on the label that reads All Programs. From the All Programs list, select the label that reads Accessories. From the System Tools, select the label that reads System Restore.
Now select the label that reads Restore my computer. Now, select a restore point prior to the time your computer became unbootable.
Hit the Next button to restore the computer. This may take some time and will depend on many factors.
