  • You can begin the process by opening the Outlook Express program on your computer system. For this, you need to click on the Windows Start button that is located on the left side bottom corner of your computer screen and then click on the icon that is labeled by All Programs.   • Next up, in the Outlook Express window, you need to click on the Tools menu that is located on the top menu bar and then click on the option named as Accounts.
