- In your computer, open the Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 program.
- In the program window, select Tools, then select Account Settings.
- You will now have to click on the New button that is located at the top left corner.
- Choose POP3, HTTP, IMAP or Microsoft Exchange.
- Now, you will need to click on the Next button that is located on the bottom right corner of the window.
